Dear Members,
Weโre inviting 6โ8 of our members to join a special new Member Champions Focus Group โ a small group of real members who will help shape the future of the credit union.
This group will meet once a month for 6 months at our Hall Lane branch, with each session lasting no more than 1 hour 30 minutes. Youโll share your views, experiences, and honest feedback on everything from our services and products to our website, app, and future plans.
In return for your time and input, members who attend all 6 sessions will receive a ยฃ120 thank-you reward โ either as a voucher or in to your shares.
Weโre looking for a mix of voices from across our membership โ whether youโre working, retired, studying, receiving support, or something else entirely. We want this group to reflect the real people behind ECU and help us build a credit union that works for everyone.
