I am a member of Enterprise Credit Union and am eligible to join the Member Protection Plan.

â–  I have read and understood the Terms of Cover as provided and available to me.
â–  I will undertake to have sufficient available funds in my credit union shares account to pay for the annual fee attaching to the provision of my inclusion in the Programme.
â–  I understand that this is a Programme that will auto renew on an annual basis, and the respective annual fee will be deducted from my credit union shares account on this basis.
â–  I am also aware that the benefits and costs of this Programme may be varied annually. I acknowledge that I will be informed of any such changes or updates prior to renewal. This communication will be made through the website www.enterprisecreditunion.org; and all other communication channels of Enterprise Credit Union.
■ I’m aware that this is an annual programme, which runs from 1st April to 31st March each year. I acknowledge that I’m aware that the MPP program’s ongoing renewal is subject to the terms as set-out in my Terms of Cover document.
â–  I understand that either the insurer or Enterprise Credit Union can opt to terminate the Programme and cover at the end of each Programme annual period.
■ Should I wish to opt–out or cancel my participation in the Member Protection Plan, I will inform Enterprise Credit Union in writing of my decision. I will receive a pro-rata refund for the unaccrued period of the calendar year for which I’m no longer a member of the MPP.
â–  My understanding is that my participation in the Programme will automatically stop should I cease to be a member of Enterprise Credit Union or if there are insufficient available funds in my account to cover the annual cost of my premium.
